Successful interviewing


  • Prepare questions for: Who, what, where, why, when.
  • Do not ask closed questions (yes and no answers).
  • Stay quiet.
  • Positive gestures and body language (smiling).
  • Listen to what they're saying.
Questions I would ask: 

  • What's the worst accident you've ever had?
  • What happened?
  • When did it happen?
  • Who was involved?
  • Where did it happen?
  • Why did it happen?
